In your business, you’ve worked hard to build it up to where it is today.  It’s like a giant puzzle you’ve
put together.  Each piece of this puzzle fits with the other pieces to create a complete picture.  One
piece of the puzzle is the products and/or services you sell.  Another piece of the puzzle is the
marketing of those products and/or services.  A third puzzle piece is the branding of your business.

All of these pieces are very important in order to complete the puzzle of your business.  However, to
get these pieces to fit together properly, we need a fourth piece of the puzzle: AUDIO.  Audio
production plays a key role in your marketing and branding efforts.  Sure, a picture says a thousand
words, but, as Maya Angelou once said, "The idea is to write it so that people hear it, and it slides
through the brain and goes straight to the heart."

In another quote, she also said, "Words mean more than what is set down on paper.  It takes the human
voice to infuse them with deeper meaning."  In other words, your marketing efforts need to be written
in a way that speaks to the heart of your customers and acknowledges their needs… their wants… and
their desires.  The way to do this is to write a marketing campaign that acknowledges their everyday
lives, and then deliver those words with the human voice.

The human voice is a very powerful thing.  A myriad of emotions can be conveyed with the human
voice.  It can console a grieving widow.  It can make a child aware of their parent’s disapproval.  It can
bring joy to someone who’s sad.  The human voice can convey a very specific message by using tone
and attitude.  When a human voice is recorded to convey a message to a specific target audience that
message is known as a voiceover.

That voice in a radio commercial is a voiceover.  The voice you hear telling you to “Press one to speak
to a sales associate” when you call a business is a voiceover.  The voice heard in a department store
telling you about the latest sales… That's right!  It’s a voiceover.  Voiceovers are heard everywhere…
on the telephone, on television, in automobiles, on the Internet, on the radio, at the mall, on airplanes…
EVERYWHERE!

When used in audio productions to promote your business, voiceovers are a vital function.  Whether
the voiceover is used to publicize future products or to inform potential investors, any company that
desires a professional, high quality voiceover needs to employ a trained professional.  The alternate
choice is to record the voiceover yourself using the voice of the receptionist or the sales manager.
After all, they use their voices all day… every day, right?

Without the expertise of a professional voiceover actor and access to professional recording gear, it’s
next to impossible for a business to produce a professional quality voiceover in-house.  Think about it
this way.  When it’s time to file the tax returns for your business, you hire a professional tax advisor or
accountant.  When you decided to build or lease your office or retail space, you hired a professional
construction contractor or realtor.

You hired those professionals because they have the expertise in those fields that you lack.  It’s no
different when you want a professionally recorded voiceover.  The two major benefits for selecting a
professional voiceover producer for a voiceover recording are the access to professional equipment
and professional voice actors.  By hiring this professional, you will get an extremely higher quality
voiceover than if you recorded it yourself.

As a professionally trained voice actor and audio producer, it is my business to help your business
create a consistent, professional audio brand for your company.  I will help your business sound more
professional by enhancing your marketing materials that use audio, with professional, high-quality
voiceovers.  I will record your script and deliver the audio with a quick turn around... most within 24

Whether it's a radio or TV commercial, a training video for your employees, or a pleasant voice guiding
your callers through your telephone system menu, I will deliver the professional image you want to
portray.  By hiring me to voice ALL your audio materials, together we'll create a signature voice that
will become a consistent audio brand for your company.
